The Challenge
Based on a subcontracted arrangement, we were given the responsibility for a large Thai localization project for one of the world's most renowned IT companies. The client was known for its aggressive scheduling and high standard of quality assurance. Before the project could be initiated, it was necessary to make certain our linguists were up to the client's standards.
The Solution
Thanks to the combined effort of our marketing and production teams, we were able to provide the client with a handful of carefully selected candidates that were able to pass the client's rigorous testing process with flying colors. We were then able to proceed with the project and maintain the same quality level work from start to finish. This was only possible because our work shifts allow us to operate non-stop 24 hours a day in a coordinated schedule of shifts between our offices in USA, Korea and China. The process employed for this particular project worked as follows: We would receive our client's instructions during working hours, and with those instructions our staff in the China office would work with our candidates to create reports. The same daily reports were then combined and edited by our staff working during European hours to deliver them to our client on the East Coast by the following morning.
